Once essential for stowing away clothing for travelers, these trunks have retained their charm and are sought after by antique enthusiasts. Today, they are cherished for their decorative and functional use at the foot of beds for linens and blankets. Norm crafts his version using vintage chestnut wood and incorporates hammered iron strips, reflecting the authentic hardware of original trunks.
