While exploring the countryside, Andy McCall encounters a lost teenager named Peter Owens, who reveals he was thrown from a horse. Peter’s father, Tim Owens, is a prominent banker in Chicago. Meanwhile, back at camp, Charlie, the cook who is now disabled due to an accident, grapples with his resentment over not being able to fulfill his dream of partnering with Andy.
