Gregg and Chris have arrived in Bromsgrove to assist the Killeens, but this time the call for help comes from Karen and John’s adult children, Kim and Alex. After a challenging year of caring for Karen’s elderly mother and coping with the death of John’s brother, the couple has neglected their diets. Relying on sugary snacks, takeout, and dining out has pushed healthy eating aside. Cooking at home has become rare, with ready-made sauces taking precedence when they do cook. Concerned for their parents’ well-being, Kim and Alex have reached out for help. Can Gregg and Chris show the Killeens that preparing meals from scratch is both simple and delicious?
