Who Hires These People? (S02E05)

Willie steps in to assist Nick, the owner of Pita Grill in Hoboken, N.J. After fulfilling his dream of launching his own restaurant as a part-owner of a small franchise, Nick has poured his heart and soul into this venture. However, his dream is jeopardized by an undisciplined staff that prioritizes fun over customer service, threatening the restaurant's survival. With everything on the line, Willie becomes Nick's final chance to whip the team into shape and save the Pita Grill from shutting down for good.
