As investigators delve into the case, they uncover that the assailant had used a key to enter her home and made off with her diamond ring. Meanwhile, in Cleveland, Ohio, a party at an abandoned house turns tragic when two 19-year-old men are shot dead. Although the evidence seems to implicate a close friend of the victims as the shooter, no one witnessed the act, and without any DNA or murder weapon, the prosecution faces the challenge of proving the defendant's guilt to the jury.
