P.F. Chang's (S01E08)

In Scottsdale, Arizona, home to P.F. Chang's and their famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Todd discovers that a well-seasoned wok is essential for authentic Chinese cooking—something he lacks. He uncovers that the key to the dish lies in a special sauce. Eager to get to the bottom of the recipe, Todd takes a job as a waiter at a nearby P.F. Chang's to gain insider access to the kitchen. Chaos unfolds as he juggles serving tables while sneaking into the kitchen to learn from the chefs. Todd eventually meets the restaurant’s founder, Philip Chiang, and finds out the recipe comes from his mother. In a clever move, he manages to get her phone number, but there's a catch—she only speaks Chinese!
