In Los Angeles, a 20-year-old drug dealer with dreams of becoming a comic book artist is discovered dead. At the same time, Raines grows increasingly worried about Charlie's son, feeling compelled to introduce him to Samantha. Raines believes that Samantha might be able to offer the guidance and support the boy needs.
