Danny (Josh Duhamel) finds himself in hot water with the police after a well-meaning gesture, prompting Ed (James Caan) to step in and manage the fallout. To protect the casino's reputation, Ed reaches out to his old contacts to handle a troublesome female guest who threatens to cause chaos. Meanwhile, Delinda (Molly Sims) recruits a singer to persuade her egotistical chef that the restaurant should serve lunch, only to discover that attracting customers involves more than just the menu. Additionally, Sam (Vanessa Marcil) and Mike (James Lesure) respond to unsettling screams coming from an elderly couple's room.
