During the Taylors' trip to Hollywood, Aunt Bee strikes it rich, winning $4800 in prizes on a game show. Her good fortune draws envy from the townspeople of Mayberry, who begin to believe she’s bragging about her success. Trouble arises when the IRS informs Andy that he owes over $1100 in taxes on Aunt Bee's winnings. To settle the bill, Aunt Bee decides to part with nearly all her prizes. A notable moment in this episode features Howard McNear (Floyd the barber), who, having recovered from a stroke, experiences a particularly unsteady moment while inspecting Aunt Bee's new dishwasher.
