Meanwhile, private investigator Mason Dixon teams up with the Dukes and his attractive female colleagues to track down a major drug kingpin. Unbeknownst to them, the kingpin discovers that Bo and Luke have unwittingly intercepted his shipment, escalating the stakes in their quest for justice.
