Bo and Luke have set off from Hazzard to chase their dream of racing in the NASCAR Circuit. Boss Hogg, thrilled by their departure, unveils his secret weapon: a monstrous green machine designed to rob a bank in Capitol City. His plan is to steal $100 engraving plates from an armored truck traveling through Hazzard County. However, he doesn’t realize that cousins Coy and Vance Duke have come back to Hazzard after six years to help Uncle Jesse with the farm, and they're onto his scheme, cruising around in the General Lee. Enos has also returned and is back on the police force.
