Matt approaches a Russian family, asking them to help identify the three men who abducted their son. He attempts to persuade Moshe Gorofsky to share his account of how his son met his end, but Moshe hesitates, fearing that American laws may not offer him protection. Under Russian law, he cannot testify about his son's death in court, and he doubts whether the evidence is sufficient to bring the perpetrators to justice. Meanwhile, Gearshon pleads with his father to trust the American legal system to uncover the truth behind his brother's murder.
