Linda (S08E01)

After finishing college, Linda landed a role as an extra in Hollywood, finally living the glamorous lifestyle she had always desired. However, her dreams took a turn when she was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a rare condition marked by joint dislocations. To cope with her pain, Linda began using fentanyl, an opioid far more potent than morphine. As her reliance on the drug grew, she began attributing her suffering to various sources, including electricity, colors, and specific individuals. Despite Linda's bizarre assertions, her mother remains convinced of her daughter's pain, going to great lengths to support her, even at the cost of their family's finances and sending her son to care for Linda.
