It's that time of year again in South Park for the much-anticipated "Cow Days" festival! The cows are suddenly mesmerized by a cow statue. To earn enough cash for the coveted Terrance and Phillip dolls, the boys enlist Cartman in a bull riding competition. However, a bizarre mishap leads Cartman to think he's a Vietnamese prostitute named Ming Li. Throughout this wild adventure, the boys discover important lessons about money and the madness surrounding cows.
