Underground (S07E07)

Gunther Schell, a key player in Syndicate operations, has managed to escape with help from a gang that specializes in smuggling criminals out of the country. The IMF is tasked with tracking down Schell and the millions he has hidden. This gang appears to brainwash their "clients" and swindle their money. Jim assumes the role of a doctor on the run for murder, with a stash of cash concealed, after Barney uses hypnosis to ensure he only reveals essential information. When Jim is taken in a lead-lined coffin to meet the gang, led by Clavering, the IMF loses contact with him. Inside, Jim cleverly triggers Schell's diabetes, putting him into a coma, and claims that he’s the only one who can help. With Willy posing as an anesthesiologist, they incapacitate the gang and rescue Schell. Meanwhile, Barney sells Schell's whereabouts to his superior, Lutz, and they head to the hidden money stash, where the police apprehend
