This season introduces fresh faces, including Yves and Steven-Yves, a crafty cat burglar whose plans to swipe a coveted treasure are constantly thwarted by the cheerful guard dog, Steven. There's also the arrival of Dot, Rosie’s niece, in the delightful tales of "Rosie and Dot." Lastly, we are introduced to Mr. Moogie, Artie’s lively, squeaky toy companion.
