Cassie is taken aback when a notorious figure from her past unexpectedly arrives at her home. Her initial shock shifts to wariness as he demands the medallion she retrieved from the ruins of the fire that claimed their parents' lives. In a fit of anger, Cassie leaves, only to be seized by Eben and his group of witch hunters. In a brave move, Jake offers himself in exchange for Cassie's release, prompting Adam to call the Circle when he realizes they’re in a precarious situation. Meanwhile, Faye and Diana grow uneasy as Melissa begins to spend increasing amounts of time with Callum.
