Marcy refuses to let Jefferson return home until he secures a job, leaving him to spend time with the Bundys. Bud manages to land Kelly a role in a Romantic Roast coffee ad, but when her co-star doesn’t deliver, Bud gives Jefferson the opportunity instead. Jefferson’s character, Lance, gains him a massive following of female admirers, much to Marcy's dismay, but this also leads to two additional commercials featuring both Kelly and Jefferson. The real question arises when the script calls for a kiss between Kelly and Jefferson—how will Al take that news?
