Nurse Elle and Dr. Steve begin to suspect that a cyclist with a fractured leg might be concealing additional injuries. As they delve deeper into the patient’s condition, they uncover clues that suggest there is more to the story than initially apparent. Their investigation leads them to question the cyclist's account of the accident, prompting a race against time to ensure that all of the injuries are properly diagnosed and treated.
