Meanwhile, in Preston, a suspect is arrested for shop theft, weapon possession, and affray, as officers scramble to gather evidence within the 24-hour custody limit. Operation Vulture then launches a coordinated day of action to disrupt and arrest the area’s most wanted shoplifters.
