Mister Rogers enters with oversized building blocks, using them to create a tower, a street, and a car. He reminisces about some children who crafted a pretend fire engine from blocks and crates. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Mr. McFeely brings building blocks to the Platypus mound, sparking concern in Daniel that they might be used for something negative. However, when Lady Aberlin starts building, the blocks unexpectedly begin to dance. She and X the Owl, who is play-acting as a fireman, are astonished, only to discover that Lady Elaine Fairchilde has cleverly attached strings to the blocks.
