While the listing offers a lower price compared to recent sales, it results in a tighter profit margin than they prefer. The 1990s home is comparatively modern and requires less extensive renovations than their usual investments. With their regular contractor unavailable due to a busy schedule, they enlist the help of a new contractor recommended by other flippers.
