Long Time Dead (S15E02)

While DCI Jardine is overseeing the Strathclyde CID Dinner at the Crawford Hotel, the lifeless body of the hotel owner is discovered, strangled and discarded in a nearby alley. A kitchen worker who had been acting suspiciously quickly emerges as the main suspect. However, before authorities can question him, he is killed as well, followed shortly by the murder of the head chef.
