While Brandon rollerblades through the park, the filming of Keep It Together is underway. The producers approach him, needing a last-minute replacement for an extra. He quickly bonds with Lydia Leeds, the show's star, and is even considered for a recurring role. Unbeknownst to him, Lydia is only using this opportunity to provoke jealousy in her boyfriend, the leading man. Meanwhile, Brenda steps in for Brandon at the Peach Pit, feeling out of her depth until she channels her inner Laverne, a feisty waitress. With her witty remarks and lip-sync performances, she effortlessly wins over the customers.
