A new adult shop opens in Beverly Hills, prompting Brandon, Steve, and David to visit under the pretense of covering the story for the school newspaper. Brandon’s defense of the shop and its customers angers Kelly, especially when he attends a wild bachelor party for Muntz. Meanwhile, a miscommunication leads David and Val to worry about their intimacy. Steve finds himself drawn to Janet after she shares her views on free love. Donna learns that her assistant, struggling with low self-esteem, self-harms and encourages her to seek help. Donna also insists on using average-sized models for her catalog to promote a healthier image. Kelly is appalled when Jackie decides to get a facelift, while Erin becomes anxious about her weight.
