George and Sam go incognito as IRS agents at Borden & Associates, a management firm in Palm Beach, Florida, after five clients are found murdered, each missing a finger from their left hand. While Sam focuses on Bobby O'Hara, the prime suspect who seems to be quite taken with her, the firm’s enigmatic security chief, Leo Cantrell, starts to question Sam’s real identity. Meanwhile, Kevin Miller, a cocky FBI agent involved in the case, complicates matters, raising Bailey's concerns for Sam’s safety as Miller remains apathetic. John partners with local detective Lt. Cynthia Ford to uncover the bodies.
