Rob and Ellen realize that playing games with Will and Grace isn't enjoyable due to Grace's overly competitive spirit. In an effort to alter this perception, Grace tries to tone down her competitiveness. However, as Grace softens, Will's competitive side starts to shine through, and he persuades his partner to focus solely on winning. Meanwhile, Jack teaches Karen how to perform CPR, and she ends up saving the life of a worker on the job.
