Will hesitantly goes to a psychic using a birthday gift certificate from Grace, only to find himself face-to-face with a scatterbrained fortune teller whose eerily accurate predictions shake him to his core. Meanwhile, feeling guilty, Grace employs a laid-back waiter she previously assisted in getting fired. At the same time, Jack, who has always admired the legendary Cher from music, TV, and film, has a chance encounter with the real Cher—whom he mistakenly believes to be a drag queen.
