Tensions escalate at Roosevelt Medical Center as Dr. Devlin and Dr. Robinson care for a priest who suffered a facial bite during a demon exorcism. Meanwhile, Constantine discovers that newcomer Russell King (Michael Madsen) is eyeing a takeover of downtown. He seeks advice from Celeste (Jennifer Beals) and Al Trapani (Mike Starr) to weigh the potential benefits and dangers of consolidating power in Chicago. In another development, Dr. Devlin finds herself further involved when Nate enlists her help to assist a runaway who might have witnessed a murder.
