Meanwhile, with limited resources, Gee delves into the Widmer case at the Waterfront Bar. After 48 hours of mystery, Bayliss is finally identified as Rath. Lewis and Munch respond to a carjacking in Federal Hill, where a mother is attacked and her 3-year-old daughter is missing. Back at the station, Howard, Kellerman, and Pembleton remain, as Frank interviews two witnesses who provide a potential lead. Cox arrives late to the support group, still reeling from her father’s death.
