Lucy's Grandmother, Alice, visits with troubling news: Mrs. Dotson must leave her home and shell out $110,000 for necessary repairs. In response, Lucy, Sue, and Jack devise a plan to thwart Concove Construction by moving into a designated house that supposedly requires no repairs, making Sue the official homeowner and burdening her with unaffordable repair costs. Upon returning home, Lucy and Sue are alarmed by the smell of smoke, which Alice suspects is coming from the oven. Meanwhile, Levi faces a heart-wrenching loss when his beloved Bunny goes missing, prompting the F.B.I. to step in and help him find a new companion.
