Fugitive of the Judoon (S12E05)

The relentless Judoon, a squad of trigger-happy intergalactic law enforcers, have set their sights on Gloucester in the 21st century. The Doctor, along with Yaz, Ryan, and Graham, rushes back to Earth to thwart the Judoon's rampage through the historic city.
