However, his frantic and neurotic demeanor threatens to undermine his authority. What he really requires is a capable assistant who can handle tough decisions and take care of unpleasant tasks, such as letting employees go—enter Will. In the meantime, Grace and Jack are taken aback when they find out their wealthy friend Karen is now broke and residing in her limousine.
