Following an intense gunfight and some brutal hand-to-hand struggles, Mann’s henchmen are ultimately taken down by the 55 crew in the emergency room. Tragically, Orland loses his life, while Bosco sustains severe injuries. In a moment of bravery, Kim steps into the line of fire to protect Holly and a young girl, leading her to realize that her time as a paramedic has come to an end; she envisions a future as Jimmy’s wife and a mother to their children. Meanwhile, Grace and Dr. Fields reconcile their differences regarding her unconventional methods, and Maritza identifies the traitor among them, who directs her to Mann. Faith crosses a line in her quest for revenge for her partner.
