Ice-Cream Wars (S03E07)

The team investigates the ice cream bandit, a robber who has been targeting the ice cream vans belonging to two rival manufacturers from the mid-90s. As tensions between the two families escalate into violence, UCOS steps in to locate the bandit and put an end to the bitter feud once and for all.
