An ex-convict, eager to turn his life around, finds himself entangled in a plot to steal dynamite after his son is abducted. While the Chief successfully rescues the boy, a bomb is already in place, leaving little time to avert disaster. Now, the Chief faces the dual challenge of locating the explosive device and figuring out how to safely defuse it before it detonates, racing against the clock to save the day and protect the innocent.
