Quick Draw McGraw tries to thwart the Dalton Gang with his beloved guitar, only to find himself imprisoned. Desperate for help, he enlists the expertise of Harvey Birdman, a well-known constitutional law specialist, to argue for his right to own guitars. Meanwhile, Harvey's boss, Phil Ken Sebben, accepts a staggering $12 billion from the influential guitar lobby to support his presidential run, claiming it won’t compromise his integrity.
