Iceland (S13E02)

Ben Fogle encounters a retired filmmaker who has established a residence in the remote highlands of eastern Iceland, creating a wilderness center dedicated to 200 years of regional history. Ben immerses himself in age-old customs, participating in the annual sorting of thousands of sheep that have grazed in the mountains over the summer. He also enjoys relaxing in natural hot springs, horseback riding across the vast plateau, and learns the unique technique of smoking trout using dung.
