As winter blankets Fraggle Rock, Cantus arrives to lead the Fraggles in the joyous Festival of the Bells. However, Gobo is feeling down and has lost sight of what the celebration truly means. Determined to make the holiday memorable, he sets off on a quest to locate the Great Bell of Fraggle Rock and return with it before the festivities start. Meanwhile, Red, Mokey, Boober, and Wembley anxiously wait, slowly succumbing to the chilling cold. Cantus ventures out to find Gobo, but Gobo remains focused on his mission. Will he return with the bell in time, or will he discover the real significance of the Festival of the Bells?
