Part 2 (S01E02)

After four decades of peace, the Cylons launch a surprise assault on the Twelve Colonies of Kobol, deploying a virus that infiltrates humanity’s defense network. Meanwhile, the old Battlestar Galactica, now repurposed as a museum, remains disconnected from these systems. This makes it the last operational warship available to combat the Cylons, offering a glimmer of hope for the survivors as they seek a way to escape to the distant planet known as 'Earth'.
