In a covert mission, Lady Penelope and Parker aim to retrieve a stolen Repulser Magnetic Array for the Global Defence Force, but their cover is compromised. Banino captures Parker, leveraging the Repulser's capabilities, and escapes in a stolen GDF flyer, with Kayo secretly following in Thunderbird Shadow. The flyer crashes onto a factory rooftop, prompting International Rescue to respond; Scott, piloting Thunderbird 1, saves a factory worker while Lady Penelope rescues Parker. Meanwhile, Kayo confronts Banino, who has uncovered her hidden past; she allows him to flee, knowing she must eventually disclose her truth.
