Karen skips the family tradition of watching "The Nutcracker" to meet someone enigmatic. With Brian suspended from the ministry, he begins searching for a new job, and Letitia encourages him to seek advice from Tripp. At the same time, Juliet receives a guest from the Seychelles, and Carmelita confides in Patrick that she feels as though someone is watching her.
