Izumi-kun and Shikimori-san excitedly plan to attend a fireworks display together. As Izumi-kun prepares to put on his yukata, his father approaches him with a grave expression, ready to share something important. When the day of the event arrives, Izumi-kun is captivated by how cute Shikimori-san looks in her yukata and strives to impress her, but his attempts pale in comparison to her natural charm. After enjoying the festivities, Izumi-kun tries to take Shikimori-san to another spot, but suddenly her sandal strap snaps!
