Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde collects a package intended for Purple Panda. To everyone’s astonishment, the package mysteriously opens on its own. Additionally, Maggie Stewart makes a special appearance, opting to show a videotape about the towel-making process instead of Mr. McFeely.
