The Gift of Life (S03E25)
Jonathan and Mark have a challenging case involving R.R. Benson, a ruthless businessman known for polluting the oceans and managing substandard apartments. When Benson proves difficult to sway, Jonathan decides to confront him directly, revealing that he is an angel and warning him that his current path could lead to damnation. Unfazed, Benson dismisses the warning, prompting Jonathan to suggest he read the Bible. That night, a burglar breaks into Benson's home and shoots him. In the afterlife, Jonathan shows Benson the impact of his actions on others, including his girlfriend, who is moving on with someone else and considering legal action. Jonathan then informs Benson that his "boss" has granted him a chance to relive the last week of his life.
