Emily consents to assist Bill in testing for the virus, but quickly begins to suffer from severe side effects. Meanwhile, Sacha, who has been covertly trailing the group to stay near Emily, attempts to pull her away from them. In the meantime, Catherine, Sophia, and Nathan embark on another mission to find Bill Ward.
