Miss Conception (S04E04)

Javier lends a hand to Felicity as she gets ready for the beauty pageant. Along the way, she strikes up a friendship with a hopeful singer, but she also faces challenges from a mean contestant named Denise. Felicity decides to ask her friends to skip the pageant, fearing it will be too embarrassing for her. Meanwhile, Noel starts working as a counselor at UNY and assists Ben with a registration issue. Felicity takes a pregnancy test that comes back positive but only confides in Elena, who suggests she get a blood test at the clinic. Eventually, Felicity reveals to Noel that he could be the father. Noticing the tension between them, Elena pieces together the situation. Ben finds a blood test receipt on Felicity's desk, leading him to confront her about what’s happening. She explains that she didn’t want to complicate things for him. Felicity ultimately agrees to let Ben support her during the pageant, where she ends up winning the evening.
