Commissioner Burrell finds himself without Royce's backing. Meanwhile, Chris Partlow approaches Michael, hoping to bring him into Marlo's crew as a soldier. Dukie reveals to Randy and the others that the missing individuals are actually deceased. Additionally, Odell Watkins withdraws his support for Royce and starts to entertain a proposition from Councilman Carcetti.
