God Bless the Child (S02E05)

Catherine lends her time to a helpline for teens, where she receives a distressing call from a homeless pregnant girl. After meeting her, Catherine discusses the possibility of the girl finding refuge in the tunnels with Vincent. Vincent speaks with Father, and they agree to welcome her. As she settles in, the community keeps Vincent's identity a secret from her due to his appearance. One day, while fetching water, she unexpectedly encounters Vincent, who hastily covers his face. When she removes his hood, fearlessly engaging him in conversation, she suddenly goes into labor. Vincent rushes her to her chamber, calling for Mary and Father. After the birth of her daughter, she and Vincent grow closer, and she finds herself falling for him. However, Vincent, bound by his feelings for Catherine, gently tells her he cannot reciprocate. Heartbroken, she flees, leaving the baby behind, prompting Vincent to search for her.
