DING SIU-KA runs a foot spa with her three foster mothers while secretly working as an undercover officer for CIB chief inspector HONG TO-HANG. CHEUK HOI, a colleague of TO-HANG, is under suspicion of corruption, prompting an investigation by the ICAC. Determined to find his missing undercover officer, CHEUK HOI vows to prevent any further casualties. Upon returning to the station, he faces provocation from YIP SHIU-LEUNG, a chief inspector from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB). Meanwhile, SIT KA-KEUNG, who poses as an ice delivery worker, is actually involved with an illegal betting ring. When SIU-KA's foster mother finds herself in debt, KA-KEUNG shows up to create trouble at their spa, leading SIU-KA to attempt to retrieve borrowed money and a receipt, but KA-KEUNG catches on.
